How to Report Media
VIDIZMO allows users to report media if the content is inappropriate, offensive, or abusive. Users can also ask questions or provide feedback on the media.
Report Media from Playback Page
- Navigate to the media using Search or the Media Library.
- Select the media to open the Playback Page.
- Select the overflow menu (⋮) in the action bar.
- Select Report Issue.
The Report Issue modal opens.

From the Feedback Type dropdown, select one of the following options:
- Report an Issue: Report a problem with the media content
- Ask a Question: Submit a question about the media
- Abusive: Report abusive or harmful content
- Other: Provide general feedback

Enter details in the Message text field.

Select Submit.
A notification appears confirming successful submission. The Portal Manager receives an email with your report for evaluation.
NOTE: Allow up to 24 hours for the media to be reviewed.
